In the recent drive by shootings and murder of Davonta Artis,15 and Daguan Tibbs,18 in Northeast, Washington D.C., some post comments on the Washington (10/14/09) Post web pages about the article title 2 Killed, 3 Hurt in D.C. Drive-By, some comments called areas with high crime, communities of savages, tagging a community for the actions of a few seneless murders, can scare the people who live in areas of high crime, but are not engage or associate with those who foul lives.
