What will it take for us as a impaired community to act against those doing horrible acts of murder among us?, no community should tolerate murders ruining lives of families, comunities, with so many senseless killings and

terror almost daily. Murder can happen anywhere, Half Street, SW, Barnaby Terrace, SE 21st Street, NE, Vermont Avenue, NW, most often results are the same - no motive, no arrest, cold case and then nothing.
